Me = I write, I edit, I speak Italian, I teach & I do some translation, too. Plus, I love these little sugar-dusted donuts that the Italians call ciambelline. Ciambellina = Chah-Mm-Bayl-LEEna. Welcome & start reading!

Te con miele
Do you want the honey of the gods? Then you want Italian chestnut honey. Here are two brands that I recommend (while I was finishing one jar, luck was on my side and I found another jar, without having to send Il Nostro Inviato back to Florence).
The one on the left is produced by Apicoltura Gualdani, near Arezzo, and was purchased in Italy. The one on the right is produced by Il Forteto Coop. of Vicchio, which is near Florence, and was purchased at the Wine Library in Springfield, N.J.
Godi!
