I saw this Vespa at the Martin Luther King Jr. Natatorium @ Boulevard in Atlanta. The owner said it was modeled on 1970s British police vehicles. Really? I'm out of my league now -- I have no idea what 1970s British police vehicles look like!
But I do know a cool Vespa when I see one!

Due to the large undergraduate population, there are plenty of regular mopeds here in Madison. Not as fancy or clean as these Vespas, of course.

Shoot if Car and Driver wants to hire me, I want to be hired by them! Surely they need someone who has driven an Alfa whose gear shaft protrudes directly from the dashboard.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of Tim, I got the wedding invite. I am still a fan of traditional mail, but I was thinking, 'Wow, I am already coming. Bought the plane tix, booked the hotel. He could have saved the $$ on my invite!'
